Marcello Cafarella is responsible for the Brazilian operation of NorthgateArinso. Marcello joined NorthgateArinso Brazil in 2002 as Delivery Manager. He was a key person to help the Integration Business Unit grow where there are now more than 60 SAP HR consultants. Prior to beginning his career in the SAP market, Marcello worked extensively with software development for civil engineering companies.

He was a former SAP Brazil employee who and was part of the team that developed the SAP payroll localization for Brazil in 1998. Marcello was the very first SAP HR consultants in Brazil and helped to deliver some of the first SAP HR projects within the country. In the year 2000 Marcello became Managing Director at HR Exec Brazil where he was in charge of the development of the whole consulting strategy.

Marcello Cafarella graduated in Information Technology from Mackenzie University (Sao Paulo) and holds an MBA degree from Fundaçao Getulio Vargas (Sao Paulo).
